| Q: I'm on email - How do I contact someone listed as being on email or snail mail |
| A: As the "Past and Present" area is designed only for members of 1st Douglas you will first have to register as having been a member of 1st Douglas Scout Group. If accepted you will receive a list containing contact information of registered members. Please note the Terms of Use and Disclaimer notice. |
| Q: I'm on snail mail - How do I contact someone listed on email or snail mail |
| A: Periodically you will be sent contact information of registered members both on email and snail mail. Please note the Terms of Use and Disclaimer notice. |
| Q: I keep trying to contact someone but they don't reply |
| A: As a requirement of becoming registered it's up to an individual to inform the site Administrators if their contact details change. It could be that the person has not informed the Administrators of a change or unfortunately they may not wish to reply to you. |
| Q: I'm on email. Why do I have to give my address when registering |
| A: So that those people on snail mail can contact you. |
| Q: I've forgotten my keyword. |
| A: If you have forgotten your keyword you will have to contact the site Administrators. They will then verify who you are before sending you your keyword. Please note that the site Administrators reserve the right to withhold your keyword until such time that they have identified who you are. |
| Q: What will happen with the information I provided on registering |
| A: The
information you provided when registering will be used to show visitors
to the site who is a member of 1st Douglas Past and Present, to provide
contact information for registered members and for administration
purposes.
