1st Douglas Scouts Invest its First Girls in to Scouts

On 1st December 2005, 1st Douglas Scouts made history with in the Group, by investing its first two girls into its Scout Troop. Kate & Natasha became the first two girls to be invested into the troop. 1^st Douglas Scout Group was founded in 1909 and is still going strong now, we are slowly moving into the 21^st century by excepting girls into our troop.
