The Role of The Exec
You may now be wondering what exactly the executive committee does. The answer is quite simple, The executive committee is responsible for the smooth running of the unit and exactly what the unit does at meetings.
This can however be expanded on as the exec is responsible for organising the programme, one of the most obvious things. It is responsible for liasing with the community in particularly for the benefit of recruiting new members to the unit and improving our 'face' in the community. We are also responsible for dealing with the unit funds both raising them and spending them. This unit has a stores so a member of the exec maintains our equipment.
